Goal Setting

Well,

I thought about the definition of a GOAL; "A goal is a written, measurable statement with a specific subject and a deadline. A goal is a milestone in the creation of your ideal life. A goal is what inspires you to do the work everyday" (Lu Lu Lemon, 2007).

Again, let me apologize for using English... As I posted, I have moved to Kananaskis country. If I briefly explain the life of K-country in a few words, I say the life is...

"gone with an unexchangeable time"

Let me explain a little bit more.

[8:00 am] Mornings start with two cups of Tim Hortons Chai Tea.
[5:00 pm] The work has done by (believe or not, the facilities of the Ranch is located 1900m above sea level, so it's a great cardio exercise!!)

The treat of a day for my hungry stomach is at 5:30 pm, and that's all... There are a few exceptions, but pretty much this life cycle goes through the entire summer.

However, the question is "Is this what I meant the 'unexchangeable time'?". The answer is NO. The hours after work (6:30 to 11:30) are precious. One day, I suddenly realized that how I spend this seemingly dispensable time certainly leads how I will be.

Thus, I've set some goals to wisely use this opportunity. In order to do so, a web site by Lu Lu Lemon helped me a lot. It's a really cool and simple site. The thing that I all needed to do was simply typing what I want to be and accomplish in the next one, five and ten years... with my instinct. If you are keen to know more about, please visit Goaltender.

Anyhow, everything here is going well and hopefully will be going well.

...and so you are!!

P.S. I am not a rep of Lu Lu Lemon... just reminder... Rather, I could be anti-Lu Lu because their products are tooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive!! I had to be anti!!

Nobu!

Tim Hortons produces tea as well as coffee? You must have FREE chai every morning : )

I have no idea what Lu Lu Lemon is. Yes, I have just visited at the website you put on. It was like some career counseling, or life style coaching stuff.

To me, setting goal is difficult, first of all. I just take a step forward, then a goal comes up in my mind. When I talk with someone, I could recognize how my life is going on. If I realize that I stop at a spot like stuck into a hole, it is the time to move on.

Is there any people with you during your working hours? Do you enjoy in solitude there?

Hello anonym san!

As I saw the comment and imaged a picture of you, I could assume who you are!

The life style you follow always gives me great suggestions, and the comment you wrote makes sense when I see your style. Being honest, it is difficult even for me to set goals, but I try to enjoy struggling the process to achieve the goals. I'll let you know whether I will make them happen or not after 5 and 10 year!

I hope you have a great summer time!!

Woops! I forgot to put my name on the last comment. Actually, I could not figure out how to do it : ) I am afraid to tell my name now. It could be some other person who you imagined. It is OK, and no problem.

Well, "setting goal" may have many different meanings. It should be a tool to think about what my life is like. May be...

It would be interesting to see you after 5 years or 10 years. Take it easy, and have fun!
